If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
Saint Regina reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Saint Regina releases objects in limited quantities.
•Each release is produced in very small numbers.
•Availability is not guaranteed.
•Once a release sells out, it is closed and may not be restocked.
3. PRICING
All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
Prices may change without notice.
Saint Regina does not offer discounts, sales, or price adjustments.
Prices are final at the time of purchase.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or resale.
Payment must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Saint Regina is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of our releases:
•All sales are final, unless the item arrives defective.
•We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear.
If an item arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
7. PRODUCT CARE & MATERIALS
Our pieces are made from real leather.
Natural variations in texture, grain, color, and aging are inherent and not considered defects.
Improper care or alterations void any responsibility on our part.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is the exclusive property of Saint Regina.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. RESALE
Saint Regina products are intended for personal use only.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse future purchases if resale activity is suspected.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Saint Regina’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid in MXN.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico.
